A simple home saliva test can effectively identify oestrogen, progesterone and stress hormones. One-to-One consultations
75 minutes - £120

You know you’re not feeling as you should or you’ve got some long-term health issues that need solving. Following completion of a questionnaire, I’ll take a detailed look at your current health, diet, supplements and goals. I’ll provide you with a plan, support and and positive approach. Includes pre-preparation, any research required and post consultation programme and support. A follow-up 1 hour session will be charged at £80.

One-to-One nutrition consultation, including detailed hormone and stress test - £395

Whether you’re struggling with PMS, Peri-menopause or Post Menopause, or you’re stressed out, can’t sleep and struggle with anxiety, this combined approach can provide answers and solutions. This package includes an initial consultation, non-invasive saliva test, follow up with results and an appropriate nutrition plan. I’ll support you every step of the way.

30 minutes £35

You might be taking supplements because you think you ‘should’ but you’re not really sure ‘why’. I’ll talk you through what you’re taking and make suggestions based on your individual health concerns.
