There’s no denying the impact that improved health can have on quality of life. Left untreated, some ailments can lead to all kinds of other issues, from mobility to mental health and much more.

The challenge for many people, is knowing where to start. I approach every consultation like a mystery to be solved. The clues are right there in the patient’s medical history and symptoms – then it’s simply a case of getting to know the person behind the problem. 

We’ll discuss health concerns, analyse diet and lifestyle, and look at all the ways these can impact your overall wellbeing. Above all, I’m here to listen, support and motivate you on the path to better health.

I tend to focus on women’s health, particularly complex hormonal issues, digestive problems and concerns around weight and self-esteem. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here – every client is facing a different set of challenges, whether that’s a long-standing health concern, or the desire to run a marathon. 

When you’re ready to begin, I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire on this website, to help me understand the background to the issues you’re facing. Then we can arrange an initial consultation, either via Zoom or face-to-face. This takes around 1 ¼ hours; enough time for me to identify the best solution for your specific health concerns. We may also need to explore diagnostic testing to gain further insight into what’s happening in your body. Once we have a full understanding, we can talk about key foods and meal planning in order to help you achieve your personal health objectives.

Nutrition to You

How about enjoying all the benefits a nutritional consultation can bring you, but virtually or within the comfort of your own home?  If you live in Sussex, then I will happily visit you at home at your preferred time.

The consultation is the same but sometimes having your store cupboard or fridge on hand can be really useful and I will be able to really look at your eating patterns and perhaps challenge some that you wish/need to change. The consultation can frequently uncover issues that should be addressed and altered for the better.

Includes pre-preparation, any research required and post consultation programme and support. A follow-up 1 hour session will be charged at £80.

45 mins - £50

Review your current food, nutrition + supplements to stay on track and make any changes. I can update you on my latest advice regarding your specific issues.

One-to-One Nutrition Consultation, including detailed hormone and stress test - £395

Three One-to-One Nutrition Consultations

For longer term hormone or digestive issues, weight management, or other health issues, or you’d just like more support, this package includes three one-to-one sessions, spaced one month apart, and all email and telephone support as desired.
