Corporate Wellness
How I can help your organisation…
Large companies and other organisations are now taking a greater interest in the health and wellbeing of their employees. Over the years, I’ve provided a combination of individual nutritional consultations and interactive seminars in the workplace. Whether delivered one-to-one or for teams of 10-30, I prioritise practical healthy eating advice and stress management, all of which are consistently well-received.
With a newfound focus on mental health, the role of nutrition is more important than ever, which is why so many businesses are looking for diet and supplements advice for their colleagues.
Specifically, mental health issues which can take many forms, are front-focussed in the workplace right now. Nutrition is the cornerstone to mental wellbeing and often gets overlooked; the right diet and supplements are key to addressing this issue.

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you on behalf of myself, the No 10 staff and the Cabinet Office who attended your ‘ten to ten’ – how to survive snack attacks! presentation today. Many of those present spoke to me afterwards to inform me of how interesting and inspirational your talk was”.
